Return & Refund Policy

We want your order to arrive correctly, safely, and in the condition intended. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original sellable condition. Customers may open the outer shipping package to inspect the order. However, the fragrance item itself must remain unopened.

For return purposes, a fragrance item is considered opened if the sealed inner protective bag, retail box, discovery set packaging, tamper seal, bottle, vial, atomizer, or closure has been opened, broken, altered, or removed.

The sealed inner protective bag is considered part of the product’s original packaging and must remain unopened for the item to be eligible for return.

Items with opened, disturbed, or altered product packaging are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by Eon Scentworks, such as an incorrect item, damaged item, or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Eon Scentworks.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping package

  • The inner packaging

  • The sealed protective bag, if applicable

  • The damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect item

  • Any visible issue with the product or packaging

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed. Once we evaluate the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Items with opened, broken, altered, or removed protective packaging

  • Discovery sets and sample sets once the sealed inner protective bag or product packaging has been opened

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards, if offered

  • Items not purchased directly from Eon Scentworks

Because fragrance is a personal-use product and may contain alcohol, essential oils, absolutes, botanical materials, and other fragrance components, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, altered, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Discovery Sets and Sample Sets

Discovery sets and sample sets are intended to allow customers to experience Eon Scentworks fragrances before purchasing a full bottle.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, discovery sets and sample sets are final sale once the sealed inner protective bag, discovery set packaging, vial, or vial closure has been opened, broken, altered, or removed.

Discovery sets and sample sets may only be eligible for replacement, refund, or other remedy if they arrive damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the eligible item you received, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order has been packed, fulfilled, or transferred to the shipping carrier. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Fragrance Sensitivity and Personal Preference

Fragrance perception and skin response can vary by individual. If you have known sensitivities, allergies, or concerns about fragrance materials, we recommend reviewing the product information carefully before purchase and contacting us with any questions.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to personal scent preference, individual fragrance perception, or skin chemistry differences.
