Shipping Policy

Eon Scentworks prepares and ships orders with care so that each item arrives safely and in the condition intended. Please review the shipping policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days after payment has been received and the order has been accepted.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to review, prepare, pack, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During launch periods, limited releases, holidays, severe weather, or periods of increased order volume, processing may take longer than usual. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout when available.

Unless otherwise stated, customers should generally allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, service disruptions, address issues, package volume, or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Eon Scentworks ships to addresses within the continental United States of America.

We may be unable to ship to certain locations, including some PO boxes, military addresses, freight forwarding addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, or destinations where fragrance products cannot be shipped safely, lawfully, or practically.

If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternate address or cancel and refund the order.

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Some Eon Scentworks products may contain alcohol and other fragrance materials that require specific shipping methods or handling.

Because of this, certain products may be limited to ground shipping or other eligible shipping services. Some expedited, air, international, or restricted-destination shipping options may not be available.

We reserve the right to modify the shipping method, decline shipment, or cancel an order if we determine that the order cannot be shipped safely, lawfully, or practically.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order, destination, package size, package weight, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Eon Scentworks, such as an incorrect, damaged, defective, or unshippable order.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Eon Scentworks is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense or issue a refund for eligible items, excluding original shipping charges.

Package Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, tracking status and delivery scans are controlled by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are largely outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking information provided.

We will review the situation and provide reasonable assistance where possible. Eon Scentworks is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed due to carrier error, address issues, unattended delivery locations, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement unless the issue is determined to be due to an error by Eon Scentworks.

Damaged, Leaking, Broken, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping package

  • The inner packaging

  • The sealed protective bag, if applicable

  • The damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or incorrect item

  • Any visible issue with the product or packaging

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Packaging

Eon Scentworks packages orders with care to support product protection and presentation.

Fragrance items may be placed inside a sealed inner protective bag with absorbent material before being packed into the shipping package. This sealed inner protective bag is considered part of the product’s original packaging.

Customers may open the outer shipping package to inspect their order. However, opening, breaking, altering, or removing the sealed inner protective bag or product packaging may affect return eligibility, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order has been packed, fulfilled, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

International Shipping

At this time, Eon Scentworks does not offer international shipping.

If international shipping is offered in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Eon Scentworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping restrictions.
