Fragrance perception is personal and may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, storage, application, temperature, age of the product, individual sensitivity, and other factors. Product descriptions, note lists, collection language, and artistic references are intended as sensory and creative guidance, not as guarantees that a fragrance will smell identical to every customer.

Colors, packaging, product appearance, and website imagery may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device type, display settings, lighting, photography, production runs, or material variation.

Some Eon Scentworks products may contain alcohol, essential oils, absolutes, botanical materials, aroma compounds, and other fragrance components. Natural materials may vary from batch to batch. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to materials, packaging, names, descriptions, concentrations, or presentation as needed for supply, compliance, quality, safety, creative, or operational reasons.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, reformulate, rename, repackage, limit, or withdraw any product at any time.

Section 3 — Product Safety and Use

Eon Scentworks products are intended for external use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

You agree to use products responsibly and in accordance with any product labels, safety information, compliance slips, care instructions, or other guidance provided by Eon Scentworks.

Fragrance products should not be ingested. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, and irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs. Keep products away from children and pets.

Fragrance products containing alcohol are flammable until dry. Keep away from flame, sparks, heat, and ignition sources. Do not apply near open flame or while smoking. Store products away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.

If you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, respiratory concerns, or other health-related concerns, you should review product information carefully before use and consult an appropriate professional if needed. Eon Scentworks does not provide medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Eon Scentworks reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other operational concerns.

Your order is not accepted until Eon Scentworks confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, packed, fulfilled, or transferred to a shipping carrier.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or other contact information provided at the time of order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Because fragrance products may contain alcohol and other regulated materials, certain shipping methods, destinations, or services may not be available. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or cancel shipments if we determine that an order cannot be shipped safely, lawfully, or practically.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by law. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please review and follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 7 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For return purposes, the sealed inner protective bag may be considered part of the product’s original packaging and must remain unopened for the item to be eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to personal scent preference, individual fragrance perception, or skin chemistry differences.

Section 8 — Limited Releases, Availability, and Archive Access

Some Eon Scentworks products may be released in limited quantities, seasonal windows, archive access periods, discovery sets, or phased collections.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Placement on a waitlist, receipt of marketing communications, prior purchase history, or interest in a product does not guarantee the ability to purchase that product.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, restrict orders, discontinue products, revise release timing, modify access windows, or cancel orders where necessary for operational, legal, inventory, quality, or fairness reasons.

Archive access, limited releases, and returning products may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain available.

Section 9 — Intellectual Property

The Services and all content made available through them are owned by Eon Scentworks, its affiliates, licensors, or applicable third parties and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, names, logos, sigils, symbols, marks, product names, collection names, fragrance concepts, written descriptions, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, renders, photography, design elements, layout, formulas, packaging concepts, labels, compliance materials, and the overall selection and arrangement of website content.

These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, scrape, train on, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or ownership interest in the intellectual property of Eon Scentworks, Shopify, or any third party.

Section 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eon Scentworks, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, judgments, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
